U.S. Department of Commerce Grants Safe Harbor Status to U.S. Colo.

May 06, 2010 — The United States Department of Commerce today granted self-certification status to U.S. Colo under U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework requirements. Certification is an acknowledgement that U.S. Colo has committed to adequately protecting the privacy of its customers and of all visitors to its web site under the laws and regulations of both the European Union and the United States.
