All U.S. Colo technicians have a minimum of 3 years' experience and can provide:
- On-site technical support
- Start-to-finish installation
- "Remote Hands" services
Skills includes equipment set-up - "rack and stack", monitoring and support; troubleshooting and repairs on cross-connected circuits and selected gear; all facets of provisioning, including equipment procurement.
Staff members are expected to work at all levels and everyone shares the load (including partners).
Customers may elect to have:
- U.S. Colo set-up their cage or cabinet
- Install the equipment themselves
- Subcontract the installation to a third party
